We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our close‑knit team. This isn’t a siloed role, you’ll plan and run multi‑channel campaigns end to end across SEO, PPC, paid social, content, email, and analytics. You’ll work directly with clients to shape strategy, execute with precision, and report on performance, driving measurable growth and continuous optimisation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Paid Advertising
Crafting and managing engaging campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and various Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Social Media Management
Developing content, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences across a variety of social media channels.
Website Mastery
Getting stuck into website design, development, and building from the ground up, as well as ongoing maintenance, updates, and ensuring top-notch website security.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Learning the ins and outs of getting websites found through organic search, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Content Creation

📈 Tech Skills
Proficiency with Google’s and a few other digital marketing tools such as;
- Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Docs etc.
- Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Centre, Business Profile etc.
- Common CMS’s: WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, Craft, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow etc
- The Adobe Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator, In Design, Premier/Rush, XD
- Moz, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Yoast etc.
🎓 Qualifications
Ideally a related University Degree or certification in one of the following;
- Google: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
- Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate.
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Meta Certifications.
DAY-TO-DAY
- Most importantly, we offer a relaxed and fun environment, top of the range equipment, your choice of music and unlimited proper coffee.
- You’ll be on the Fast Track – undoubtedly in at the deep end but you’ll have a team and direct access to the MD for support.
- You’ll get the option to start earlier/later and/or work from home.
