We implemented a 48-hour monthly creative retainer to give MUFC structured, predictable support while maintaining flexibility for matchday needs. Those hours were strategically split across several key areas:
Videography & Editing
Our team attended filming sessions at Maidenhead United’s historic York Road stadium, sponsor offices, and community venues to capture a mix of match action, behind-the-scenes moments, and player interviews. Footage was then professionally edited, branded, and formatted for social media, website features, and sponsor promotions.
Templates & Brand Guidelines
We developed a full suite of editable social media templates for recurring matchday content — including match previews, team announcements, substitution graphics, and goal notifications. This not only gave the club a professional, consistent look but also allowed their staff to update and post content in real time during games. These designs also formed the backbone of refreshed brand guidelines, ensuring fonts, colours, and imagery were consistent across all communications.
Digital Matchday Programmes & Email Marketing
As a National League club, MUFC opted for virtual matchday programmes, giving fans the traditional matchday reading experience but with faster production, easier updates, and a wider reach. We mirrored the content style of printed editions while optimising layouts for mobile and desktop viewing.
In parallel, we designed reusable email templates for weekly newsletters, enabling the club to share match updates, ticket information, and community news while maintaining brand consistency.
