One of the biggest challenges Imperial Aesthetics faced was its geographical location. They are based in Chalfont St Giles, slightly hidden away so the clinic doesn’t benefit from the natural footfall that inner-city locations do. As such, increasing brand awareness requires a deliberate and strategic digital marketing plan.

Additionally, maintaining a consistent and engaging social media presence can be incredibly time-consuming, something that’s not always feasible for a busy clinician. Dr Daniel needed a team he could trust to act as an extension of his own, allowing him to focus on his patients and practice, while we took the lead on marketing execution.

After a thorough discovery process, we identified Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) as the most effective social media channels for reaching Dr Daniel’s target demographic. We proposed a structured content strategy, including a social calendar of 12 high-quality posts and 12 engaging stories per month. This strategy was designed not only to showcase the wide range of services Imperial Aesthetics offers, but also to highlight Dr Daniel’s extensive qualifications and friendly, approachable nature, qualities that put new clients at ease during consultations.

We created a blend of reels, carousel posts, and still images to spark interest, educate the audience, and build trust. Topics ranged from treatment benefits and before-and-after results to industry news and patient testimonials. We aimed to build credibility and familiarity, encouraging followers to make enquiries or book consultations.

Alongside the organic social media efforts, we implemented a highly-targeted Google Ads campaign. Given the saturation of the aesthetics market, especially around London, we had to be extremely selective and data-driven with our keyword targeting and budget allocation. This included regular optimisation of campaigns to focus on high-converting search terms related to specific treatments offered by Imperial Aesthetics.

To further strengthen engagement with existing and past clients, we introduced a monthly newsletter. This served as a direct line of communication from Dr Daniel, sharing clinic news, treatment updates, and insightful information on aesthetic procedures. It helped foster a sense of connection and trust, reinforcing the clinic’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous development.

To tackle the challenges Imperial Aesthetics faced, our approach was to:

  1. Social Media Growth
    We developed a cohesive content strategy tailored to the preferences and behaviour of Dr Daniel’s ideal client. Each piece of content was designed to resonate with the audience, whether it was showcasing the benefits of a new treatment, explaining the science behind facial aesthetics, or sharing updates on safety regulations within the industry.
  2. Google Ads Campaigns
    We built and managed targeted Google Ads campaigns aimed at driving local enquiries. By leveraging treatment-specific keywords and refining the campaign through A/B testing and keyword performance analysis, we ensured Dr Daniel received qualified leads. Whenever a new treatment was introduced at the clinic, we swiftly updated the ads to reflect this, keeping campaigns fresh and relevant.
  3. Client Communication & Retention
    Our monthly newsletters gave Dr Daniel an opportunity to speak directly to his clients. These emails were rich with value, covering everything from treatment spotlights to legislative updates (such as the June 2025 changes announced by the Nursing and Midwifery Council). These communications helped build credibility, spark conversations, and reassure clients of the clinic’s professionalism and high standards.

Within just three months of working with Dr Daniel, we achieved the following results:

  • 200 New Instagram Followers
  • 2x Impressions across Meta Platforms.
  • A noticeable increase in Google Ads enquiries.
  • Consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints, reinforcing trust and professionalism

 

Perhaps most importantly, Dr Daniel began receiving regular feedback from clients during their appointments, complimenting the clinic’s social media presence and expressing how informative and reassuring the content was. One standout moment was the increased engagement we saw around the industry update from the Nursing and Midwifery Council in June 2025. By sharing this across social media and newsletters, we not only educated followers but also reinforced Imperial Aesthetics’ position as a clinic that prioritises safety, ethical standards, and informed decision-making.
