Launching a recruitment agency in a competitive market requires more than just a logo and a website — it demands a distinctive, credible presence that inspires trust in both employers and job seekers. For Headhunters Recruitment, the main challenges were:

    1. Tight timeline – We had just 4 weeks to develop the full brand, website, and supporting assets ahead of their official launch.
    2. Blank slate – As a new startup, Roy had a loose idea of brand, but there was no exsting branding to work from.
    3. Immediate impact – The brand needed to look established and trustworthy from day one to compete with long-standing recruitment agencies.
    4. Multi-channel readiness – Not only did we need to get a website ready but a full set of brand assets including video, social media templates and email signatures.

We successfully designed and executed a complete branding and digital launch package for Headhunters Recruitment — all within an ambitious four-week timeframe. Working closely with founder Roy, we managed the entire creative process from initial concept to go-live, ensuring every element was in place to make a strong market debut. The project was delivered on schedule and to the agreed launch date, setting the business up with a professional, cohesive, and high-impact presence from day one.

Branding
Our first step was to establish a brand identity that would instantly communicate authority, trust, and forward-thinking recruitment expertise. We developed a striking logo, a professional typography system, and a distinctive colour palette to help the brand stand out in a crowded recruitment market. To ensure long-term consistency, we also produced a comprehensive brand style guide covering visual identity, tone of voice, and usage guidelines, giving Headhunters a toolkit for consistent communication across all platforms.

Website Design & Development
Next, we moved on to the digital foundation of the business: the website. Using BigTime, our integrated marketing automation and CRM system, we built a flawless, fully responsive, mobile-first one-page website optimised for speed, usability, and SEO. The site was designed to attract both candidates and clients, with clear calls to action, a streamlined structure, and persuasive content that highlighted Headhunters Recruitment’s unique value proposition.

Content Creation
To strengthen their launch impact, we planned, filmed, and edited high-quality video content showcasing the company’s values, services, and commitment to connecting top talent with leading employers. These videos were strategically designed for use across LinkedIn, the website, and other digital channels.
In addition, we designed custom social media templates in Canva, enabling Roy to create on-brand content quickly and easily for ongoing engagement.

Email Signature Platforms
Professional presentation doesn’t stop at the website. As an Exclaimer Partner, we implemented a professional email signature platform for Roy and his team, ensuring consistent, branded email communication. We designed a custom animated banner for promotional use within the signature and created a clean, effective layout optimised for Outlook, reinforcing the brand with every email sent.
