Following the exciting news of the Deep End Pools buyout we’d like to publicly congratulate Paul and Rob for all their hard work and dedication. All the extra hours they’ve put in behind the scenes and all the times they’ve gone above and beyond for their clients and staff.

I’m also extremely proud of us here at Big Gun Digital for helping Deep End Pools in meeting their growth targets.

Back in November 2019 we met with Paul and Rob at their shop in Beaconsfield to discuss the possibility of working together. They had been working with another agency but were not satisfied with the results being achieved.

We were extremely excited to work with such a prestigious brand and quickly realised that the solution Deep End Pools were offering was one of the best in the country.

🔓 Unlocking Growth

The key was making the brand digitally unmissable in the local affluent 15-20 mile radius of their head office for people with even a whisper of interest in their services. 

The website had already been produced in Shopify by Paul and hats-off, he’d done a fabulous job. The photography was impeccable and enabled people to realise the quality of the finish and the attention to detail achievable. The UX was classically Shopify – simple but effective and the brand colours (black and white) were classy and understated ensuring nothing was taken away from the images with striking blues of the pool waters and the complementary colours of nature.

💡 Audits & Benchmarking

We set to work with the usual audits on tracking, NAP (Name, Address and Phone number) consistency and analysis for benchmarking etc which unearthed some great opportunities including the fix of a security breach!

Paul and Rob were great to work with and already highly versed in the techniques and platforms we were utilising to boost their visibility. This meant we didn’t have to spend too much time explaining things – We just gave top level advice, got quick sign off and steamed on with implementation.

Aggressive year on year increases in client acquisition, conversion and retention levels were down to our winning formula of Google & Facebook ads, SEO, social media, email marketing & automation, web design, development, maintenance, security and hosting – which was further enhanced by out-of-the-box thinking and the creative skills to wow potential new customers.

CRDM

After 5 years of driving web visibility with Martin, Graham & Nick at CRDM they became very prominent in their sector and were acquired by the US 3D printing giants 3D Systems.

MCSA

After 3 years of supporting MCSA Group (A nationwide IT solutions provider) with their website and search discoverability alongside Les, Lauren and Jo, they were acquired by the multi-million pound operation Park Place Technologies.

Chartco

And then after 2 years of advising and working with Mima, Michael and Steph on the digital presence of ChartCo (one of the largest distributors of digital solutions for the marine sector) they merged with Marine Press to become OneOcean.

Although we’ve not managed to continue working with all our clients lucky enough to be acquired by investors, we have had some fantastic opportunities come from the relocation of our close contacts from within those former organisations like Lauren (MCSA) who introduced us to Telent and Martin (CRDM) who has engaged us to work with him on another project so a big thanks to you!
